I understand this journey intimately, having faced learning disabilities myself as a young child and into my young adult years.  As a young collage student, I would dedicated countless hours to studying for tests, striving for good grades, hoping that I would just get a C for a passing grade. Sometimes, I would pass, more times then not, I was retaking quizzes and tests.

I was led to believe that learning challenges would always be a part of me, there was nothing that I could do to change it.  I was given advice to explore creative tools, learn to embrace my learning disabilities as part of my identity. Deep down, I knew I could be better then what I was told to accept. 

After becoming a wife and mother of two wonderful children, I noticed they were encountering similar learning challenges. I researched extensively, determined to find better solutions than what I had experienced. Like any parent, I wanted the very best for my children.

Thanks to my son's Vision Therapy doctor who recommended Brain Training, I was thrilled to discover a method that could provide hope and confidence while addressing the root causes of my children's learning difficulties. For over a year, my children and I traveled weekly to Onalaska, WI, for brain training, which made a difference in their learning. I also benefited as I participated in much of their training at home.

I realized I couldn't be the only mom with children struggling in school, desperately seeking answers. That's when I decided to become a brain trainer, so I could offer hope not only to parents but also to students.

Having experienced both sides, once the struggling student and a worried, concerned mother, I am happy to report that there is hope, there is an answer, and there is a root cause as why you or your child continues to struggle to learn.  You no longer have to be stuck with the brain you are born with.  It can be healed, you are able to learn, you just need to re-train your brain.
